CSA Member and Community Work Calendar

Farm Volunteer Hours

Sign Up Info

Please sign up here to secure your volunteer hours. WEEKDAY shifts are available only to our current CSA members. WEEKEND shifts are open to the public. The calendar will only allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for registration, so please plan ahead.

Attendees must be 12 years of age or older. Youth must be with an adult guardian.

The farm is open to the public (and CSA members) every other Saturday as listed on the calendar.

Please sign up only for the hour you plan to begin your shift. Indicate the length of your stay (1 hour minimum), number of people attending and any relevant health/mobility information. Shifts are listed and are 8-12 and 1-5 depending on the days. Look closely! There is no need to sign up for multiple starting times in the same day.

Weekday Work: You are welcome to join our BYO bagged community lunch 12-1. You may not work through lunch! This is an intentional pause for everyone working on the farm. Please plan accordingly.

Work Day Info

Saturday workdays are designed to welcome and include the public on to the farm to participate in farmwork activities. All other work-days are specifically for CSA members to complete their work hours as part of their CSA commitment.

Please wear sturdy, closed toed shoes and be ready to work with appropriate clothing, including rain gear. Hiking boots and comfortable clothing you’d wear for yard work are ideal.

If you have any mobility limitations, please indicate what you can or cannot do in the notes at the time of registration and the farmer will be in touch for any clarification needed.

Typical task include weeding, transplanting, bed prep (raking, laying out landscape fabric, etc.), trellising, harvesting, washing and packing produce and more.
